Cinghie Ausiliarie Poly-V Applicazioni Agricole

Le cinghie Poly-V sono prodotte per le trasmissioni ausiliarie di vetture agricole. L’incremento del numero di accessori (climatizzazione, pompe servosterzo, alternatori, pompe acqua, pompe del vuoto, etc) e le condizioni di funzionamento con temperature fino a 130° C, hanno reso indispensabile l’aggiornamento dei materiali e della tecnologia costruttiva.

Le cinghie Poly-V Dayco sono tutte in materiale EPDM (Etilene-Propilene- Diene- Monomeri) in accordo agli ultimi standard richiesti dal settore, garantendo resistenza, affidabilità, silenziosità e lunga durata di esercizio.

Le caratteristiche principali sono:

  • Alta Flessibilità per un utilizzo su Pulegge Di Piccolo Diametro
  • Trasmissione di potenza anche con il dorso delle cinghie, in particolare nel caso della “DPK” (Double Poly-V)
  • Capacità di resistenza ad elevate temperature di esercizio garantendo maggior durata

In linea con le richieste del settore, Dayco ha sviluppato anche per l’Aftermarket cinghie Poly-V di ultima generazione in grado di gestire elevati carichi di lavoro, mantenendo in maniera costante alte performance.

Oltre ai sistemi di trasmissione tradizionali equipaggiati con cinghie Poly-V e Tenditori, Dayco offre sia per applicazioni OE che per Aftermarket un’ampia gamma di cinghie Poly-V elastiche: previste su alcuni motori con sistemi ad interasse fisso e sviluppo limitato, queste cinghie non necessitano di sistemi di tensionamento esterno (tenditori).

L’installazione richiede utensili speciali che permettono di posizionare correttamente la cinghia sulle Pulegge.

Pompe Acqua Applicazioni Agricole

Il sistema di raffreddamento del motore ha la funzione di stabilizzarne la temperatura di esercizio de motore limitando l’innalzamento oltre i limiti previsti. Il liquido refrigerante viene fatto circolare dalla pompa dell’acqua la quale deve garantire il corretto flusso ad ogni regime di rotazione del motore.

Il non corretto funzionamento della pompa acqua può provocare danni importanti al motore. Per questo motivo è estremamente importante che la Pompa Dell’acqua venga controllata sistematicamente.

In molte applicazioni la pompa dell’acqua viene comandata dalla cinghia di distribuzione. Estremamente importante è quindi il controllo della pompa dell’acqua e l’eventuale sostituzione in occasione della manutenzione al comando della distribuzione.

Gli elementi fondamentali che caratterizzano la qualità delle pompe acqua Dayco sono:

  • Il cuscinetto, supporta la girante da un lato e la puleggia dall’altro. Questo elemento deve garantire la costante scorrevolezza e resistere ai carichi generati dal sistema. Può essere a doppia corona di sfere o con una corona di sfere (lato girante) e una corona di rulli (lato puleggia). La determinazione della geometria del cuscinetto viene determinata dal costruttore del motore in funzione dei carichi generati dal sistema.
  • La girante, può essere in materiale sintetico rinforzato con fibra di vetro, acciaio o ghisa. Molto importante è il profilo delle pale della girante le quali devono garantire il corretto flusso ed evitare effetti di cavitazione. La progettazione della girante è estremamente complessa poiché assicura il costante flusso di liquido a tutti i regimi di rotazione del motore.
  • La tenuta, montata tra la girante e il cuscinetto. Questa deve garantire a tutte le temperature di esercizio e regimi di rotazione la tenuta del liquido per evitare che questo possa entrare nel cuscinetto compromettendo le qualità del grasso lubrificate, provocando danni irreversibili alla pompa.

Altro elemento importante è Il corpo pompa: generalmente in materiale plastico o alluminio a seconda delle scelte del costruttore. Il corpo pompa deve garantire la corretta rigidezza e geometria del sistema.

Tenditori e Puleggie Applicazioni Agricole

L’incremento delle prestazioni del motore ed il continuo aumento di organi ausiliari hanno richiesto un notevole sviluppo nella progettazione e nella scelta dei materiali anche per i componenti rigidi.

I componenti comando organi ausiliari, sia a tensionamento fisso che automatico, devono rispondere alle crescenti esigenze dei costruttori:

  • Spazi di lavoro sempre più ridotti
  • Elevate temperature
  • Continue sollecitazioni
  • Incremento dell’intervallo di sostituzione dei componenti

Da questo deriva che tutti gli elementi del sistema debbano rispondere a richieste qualitative estremamente elevate.

I tipi fondamentali di componenti rigidi sono:

  • TENDITORI FISSI: la tensione finale sulla cinghia viene applicata tramite il corretto settaggio del tenditore e resta costante nel tempo. La tensione della cinghia è quindi determinata in fase di installazione: si consiglia in questi casi l’utilizzo del DTM Dayco Tensiometer per aver la certezza che il sistema funzioni in maniera corretta.
  • TENDITORI AUTOMATICI: possono essere a molla o idraulici. Sono tenditori dinamici poiché una volta correttamente installati, sono in grado di adattarsi continuamente alle condizioni di funzionamento del motore ed ottimizzare la tensione della cinghia in funzione delle diverse sollecitazioni ricevute del motore, in ogni condizione di funzionamento.
  • GALOPPINI: sono pulegge con o senza supporto che aiutano la circuitazione della cinghia, contribuendo efficacemente al contenimento del disallineamento ed alla riduzione della rumorosità.
