Il meccanico, attraverso semplici passaggi (registrazione, inserimento del serial number e dei dati dell’autoveicolo, accettazione e conferma) potrà stampare autonomamente il certificato di garanzia e avvalersi dell’estensione.

Fondamentale è il serial number, codice riportato sull’etichetta del prodotto, che rappresenta, insieme alla registrazione nel sito, il punto di partenza per ottenere il certificato.

Dayco’s timing belt kit with water pump is designed for the most popular applications, ensuring that you have all the parts needed to perform a complete repair job. Dayco kits are designed to meet OEM specifications for passenger cars and light duty trucks. Each water pump is assembled using Programmable Logic Control (PLC), providing quality data during the manufacturing process. Additionally, each water pump features 100% new cast aluminum or iron material and meets TS16949 quality standards.

Effective October 15, 2020, when you purchase a Dayco timing belt kit with a water pump or a stand-alone Dayco water pump and register your purchase at aftna125k.dayco.com, will be covered for 125,000 miles (USA) or 201,000 kilometers (Canada). This extended warranty is contingent upon installation according the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM’s) service instructions including flushing cooling system and installing new coolant that meets OEM specifications.

* US and Canadian customers

Warranty returns are not accepted from outside US and CANADIAN territories. If, within one year of the purchase date, the Dayco ATV or Snowmobile Belt fails, a replacement belt will be provided (see Belt Failure Inspection below).

To be considered a valid claim, all returns must include:

• Completed Snowmobile/ATV Warranty Form
• Failed Belt – must be returned to Dayco within 30 days of failure
• Original Belt Sleeve
• Original Receipt
• Check or Money Order

To cover the costs associated with postage and handling, all warranty claims must include a check or money order for the following:

RPX and XTX = $ 20.00
HP and HPX = $ 15.00

Belt Failure Inspection

Upon receipt of these items, Dayco Quality Control personnel will inspect the failed belt. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed, maintained or has been subjected to improper operation or use. If it is determined by Dayco, to its satisfaction, that the belt is defective or that the belt was properly installed on the correct machine, with the drive system in good repair and not intentionally cut, damaged or used for commercial purposed or racing, Dayco will provide a replacement belt.

Dayco’s liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of, at its option, the repair or replacement of any product which is determined to be defective upon return to Dayco. Transportation charges to be prepaid, with Dayco’s prior written authorization. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed, maintained, or has been subjected to improper operation or use.

Except as expressly stated above, Dayco makes no warranty, express or implied, whether of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use, or on any parts or labor furnished during the sale, delivery or servicing of the products.  In no event shall Dayco be liable to buyer for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for any charges or expenses incurred without Dayco’s written consent.  In no event shall Dayco’s liability under any claim made by the buyer exceed the purchase price of the products.

Upon receipt, Dayco quality control personnel will inspect the parts to determine if failure is due to possible manufacturing error.  If it is determined by Dayco, to its satisfaction, that the part is defective and was properly installed on the vehicle it will be replaced at no charge.

Note: Liability under any expressed or implied warranty is limited to replacement of such merchandise. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Dayco Incorporated/Dayco Canada Corp.

Manufacturer’s extended warranty provided when timing belt is installed with a dayco manufactured timing belt component kit

When a Dayco manufactured timing belt(s) and all items contained within the applicable Dayco manufactured timing belt component kit are installed at the same time, Dayco will extend the warranty of the parts to meet the automobile manufacturer’s original timing belt mileage replacement interval.  If no recommended replacement interval is indicated, usual trade practice calls for replacement at 60,000 miles (USA) or 96,000 kilometers (Canada).

If a Dayco part failure occurs before the mileage replacement interval, (1) return all Dayco manufactured timing belts and Dayco manufactured timing belt component kt parts (2) the UPC panel from both the Dayco Manufactured Timing Belt(s) and Dayco Manufactured Timing Belt Component Kit packaging and (3) the sales receipt(s) for parts and or service including mileage at which replacement service was performed to:
