Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Closes on Acquisition of Dayco, LLC

Dayco, LLC (“Dayco”), a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive and aftermarket industries, and Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), a private equity firm that helps create business success stories by building teams focused on execution, today announced the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Dayco by Hidden Harbor. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dayco was advised by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as legal counsel and Rothschild & Co served as financial advisor to Dayco. Hidden Harbor was advised by McDermott Will & Emery LLP as legal counsel, Cowen Inc. as buyside financial advisor, and Configure Partners as debt financing advisor.
