We are seeking a talented International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager , to join our Finance team at Dayco in Netherland (NL). Summary of the position: The role includes responsibility for supporting regional indirect tax matters and related cash optimization initiatives, as required. The position is involved in the Group’s global corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance processes, and provides strategic tax advisory support to the business. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Policy & Governance: · Maintain and enhance global TP policies and methodologies •Align pricing with value chain and operational structure • Implement TP governance and internal control frameworks Documentation & Compliance •Oversee Master File, Local File, and CbCR preparation •Coordinate local documentation processes globally •Monitor OECD, BEPS, and local TP developments •Manage external advisors for benchmarking and compliance. Planning & Advisory •Design intercompany pricing for goods, IP, and financing •Support new business models and supply chain restructurings •Provide TP input for M&A and corporate reorganizations •Optimize models for efficiency and risk management Business & Financial Support •Align TP data with financial reporting and forecasting •Partner with controlling on profitability and margin reviews •Ensure accurate reflection of intercompany charges Controversy & Audits •Manage TP audits and inquiries across jurisdictions •Coordinate APA applications and renewals •Maintain defense documentation and audit readiness Requirement & Skills: •Minimum 5 years of experience in international corporate tax and transfer pricing, preferably a combination of Big 4 and in-house multinational environment • Degree in Tax Law, Tax accountancy or similar • Fluency in English. Dutch or Italian language skills are a strong advantage •  Strong skills in value chain analysis, functional profiling, and benchmarking studies •Proven ability to independently coordinate global TP documentation processes and ensure timely submissions across jurisdictions. •Ability to assist regional tax functions on indirect tax related • Residence and eligibility to work from the Netherlands Additional Information • Contract Type: Permanent • Smart Working: Full remote • Location: Netherland
