As correias Poly-V são produzidas para as transmissões auxiliares dos principais tratores agrícolas. O aumento do número de acessórios (climatização, bombas de direção assistida, bombas de água, bombas de vácuo, etc.) e as condições de funcionamento com temperaturas até 130 °C em ambientes extremamente poeirentos, tornaram indispensável a atualização dos materiais e da tecnologia de construção.

As correias Poly-V Dayco são inteiramente realizadas em material EPDM (Etileno-Propileno- Dieno-Monómeros), de acordo com os mais recentes padrões exigidos pelo setor, e garantem resistência, fiabilidade, caráter silencioso e longa duração.

As características principais são:

The new HT Power synchronous belt from Dayco features glass fiber tension cords that offer high dimensional stability, high strength and good flex durability. With a body compound made from chloroprene rubber, these belts offer good shear, heat and oil resistance for a great performance to value ratio. The HT Power belt is designed to withstand temperatures in the range of -4◦F (-20◦C) to 212◦F (100◦C) and belt dimensions according to ISO 5296.

HT POWER CARBON Timing Belts

Designed for a wide range of applications including roller chain replacement or V-belt conversion, pumps, high performance vehicles, high torque-low speed machines, as well as material handling equipment in aggregate, food processing, pulp/paper, wood processing, distribution and agriculture.

The Dayco HT Power Carbon synchronous belt structure has the best combination of advanced and innovative materials for the most demanding applications. It has a hybrid cord made from a combination of glass for high chemical compatibility with HNBR compound and carbon fibers for high mechanical resistance of the belt as well as high precision meshing of the teeth in the sprocket grooves. The polymer compounds used in the belt are combined with aramid chopped fibers to offer improved stiffness and designed to provide extreme resistance to mechanical stress, elevated temperatures and aggressive fluids and chemicals. With excellent dimensional stability, strength and flexibility, along with low noise and low friction, it is meant for high load performances, offering the best in shock load resistance and the highest temperature resistance, -22°F (-30°C) to 266°F (130°C). Bombas de água

A função de uma bomba de água é arrefecer o motor, criando a circulação forçada do líquido de arrefecimento.

Os principais elementos que caracterizam as bombas são:

  • O rolamento que suporta o eixo no qual estão montados, numa extremidade, a roldana para a correia (dentada ou PV) ou a engrenagem e, na outra, o vedante e o rotor.
    os rolamentos, dimensionados de acordo com a previsão de carga a que estarão sujeitos, são normalmente de dois tipos: esfera-esfera ou rolo-esfera, e conseguem resistir a altas velocidades de rotação e cargas elevadas.
  • O rotor, com a geometria das suas pás, deve otimizar o fluxo do líquido de arrefecimento, garantindo elevadas prestações, altos rendimentos e baixo risco de cavitação.
  • O coração da bomba é a caixa de empanque, que ao longo do tempo sofreu várias evoluções: dos empanques mecânicos, passámos aos empanques integrais.

Tensores e Polias

O aumento do rendimento do motor e o aumento contínuo dos órgãos auxiliares fizeram com que fosse necessário um grande desenvolvimento na projetação e escolha dos materiais para todos os componentes rígidos.

Os componentes de comando auxiliares devem responder às exigências dos fabricantes, entre as quais:

  • Locais de trabalho cada vez mais reduzidos
  • Altas pressões de injeção
  • Altas temperaturas
  • Altas solicitações
  • Aumento do intervalo de substituição dos componentes

Como tal, tanto os tensores como as roldanas do sistema devem responder a exigências de qualidade extremamente elevadas.

Os principais tipos de componentes rígidos são:

  • Tensores automáticos. São tensores dinâmicos, uma vez que, depois de instalados, conseguem adaptar-se e otimizar a tensão da correia em função das solicitações do motor, sob todas as condições de funcionamento.
  • Roldanas-guia. São roldanas com ou sem suporte que permitem orientar corretamente a correia na sua trajetória. São extremamente importantes, uma vez que recebem uma parte das solicitações do sistema.
