This material is created to understand the essence of DAYCO Core Values and Operating Principles. The premise underlying this project is that a healthy culture, in which all Dayco employees genuinely and intensely live each operating principle and their own systemic set of core values, will create an organization, evolving in a manner healthy and sustainable, even in the contexts of the strong changes and uncertainties that we may experience.
