The Dayco molded radiator and by-pass hose features knitted reinforcement, a protective sleeve and a synthetic EPDM rubber construction for high strength performance, protection against abrasion and resistance to oil, mud, salt, road debris, ozone and coolants. It can also withstand temperature variations of -40°F (-40°C) to +257°F (+125°C). The inner base tube is reinforced with knitted rayon for maximum strength and burst resistance for the life of the hose. In addition to meeting SAE J20R4, Class D-1 requirements, this hose also meets Type EC electro-chemical requirements as specified in SAE J1684, which prevents inner tube deterioration caused by the build-up of static electric charges.

The Dayco branched radiator hose features an all EPDM construction that resists the effects of oil, mud, salt and ozone, and a knitted rayon reinforced inner tube that stands up to temperature ranges of -40˚F (-40˚C) to +257˚F (+125˚C). With leak-proof junctions that ensure long service life and unrestricted flow, this branched hose meets SAE J20R4, Class D-1, Type EC electro-chemical requirements as specified in SAE J1684.

Designed to replace OEM coolant hose and provide long, reliable service in applications where molded hoses in small diameters are required.

Made with the same bends and routing as the OEM assembly, this molded hose is designed to fit the vehicle precisely. Made for general service on light trucks and passenger cars and compatible with all common coolants and coolant additives.

Designed to carry heated coolant from the engine block to the heater core and return it to the engine, the Dayco standard heater hose is constructed with EPDM compounds and a spiral reinforcement for high burst strength and excellent heat resistance. Similar to SAE 20R3, Class D-2, it has a temperature rating of -40°F (-40°C) to +257°F (+125°C).

Designed for use on all types of carbureted gasoline engines – with leaded, unleaded and diesel fuel – that are exempt from CARB or EPA requirements.

The Dayco fuel line hose offers excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, grease and environmental elements. Constructed with a neoprene cover and nitrile tube that’s reinforced with a single ply of braided cord, the Dayco fuel line hose meets SAE J30R7 requirements and the fuel permeation requirements of SAE J1527 Type 2, Class B specifications. This hose specification should be used only on vehicles exempt from EPA and CARB emission regulations.

*NOT suitable for gasoline/oil mixed fuels, alcohol blended fuel, or bio-diesel fuel.

Designed to replace worn windshield washer tubing, as well as general automotive vacuum applications such as retractable headlights, sensors and more.

The Dayco windshield washer/vacuum tubing features a flexible, long‐life rubber construction that resists oil, grease and heat deterioration. It can also remain flexible at low temperatures with a temperature rating of ‐40 F (‐40 C) to +212 F (+100 C). This tubing meets the material specification for SAE J1037 and is available in either 6′ clamshell packs or 50′ spools, for dispensing the exact length needed.
