Timing Chain Kit Installation – Nissan 2.5L Engine

Follow along as our Dayco technician removes and installs a new timing chain kit on a Nissan Altima 2.5L engine. Our tech walks through the entire process – from detaching components using proper sequences, to setting the cylinder accordingly and the installation of all new parts using Dayco kit KTC1657. This kit comes with the engine balancer unit chain, camshaft sprocket, crankshaft sprocket, primary timing chain, three chain guides and two tensioners.
