Dayco — Executive Leadership Team
Craig has more than 25 years of experience, most recently as Group Vice President and General Manager of Tenneco’s OE Ride Control business. Prior to that he served as the Group Vice President and General Manager of Integrated Supply Chain operations within the global aftermarket business. He also served as Group Vice President and General Manager of the company’s aftermarket Chassis business and the aftermarket Sealing, Engine and Under hood services business.
Prior to Tenneco, his career included 19 years of working for Meritor, Inc. where he held positions of increasing responsibilities, including leading Meritor’s aftermarket business.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oakland University.
Michael has more than 30 years of extensive global financial and operational experience. Prior to joining Dayco he was the Vice President Finance and CFO DRIV at Tenneco, Inc. providing financial leadership for the $3 billion global aftermarket business. Prior to Tenneco he was Controller, North and South America for General Motors Company as well as Senior Vice President at Visteon Corporation.
Michael is a CPA and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration at Michigan State University.
Clifton joined Dayco from Mann+Hummel GmbH where he was the Vice President, Global Logistics & Aftermarket Distribution. Prior to Mann+Hummel, Clifton worked in manufacturing and supply chain roles of increasing authority for Eberspächer Exhaust in South Africa, Sweden, Portugal, and Brazil.
He started his career at Aberdare Power Cables and Volkswagen and has a Cost and Management Accounting degree from Nelson Mandela University and in final stage of completing an Executive MBA from University of Cumbria.
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Paolo has established global commercial aftermarket leadership in both public and private companies across multiple market segments. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Global Service & Aftermarket at Prima Industrie Spa. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2018, he was General Manager, Aftermarket, Italy for CNH, and from 2005 to 2010, he held the position of Network and Business Development Director for Fiat Auto Spa.
Paolo earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Università degli Studi dell’Aquila and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
R.J. has over 20 years of experience across automotive, consumer goods, and industrial industries. He has served in global leadership roles across all HR practice areas with a passion for developing an empowered employee experience tied to the business strategy. Prior to joining Dayco, he was the Vice President, Human Resources at Dover Corporation. R.J.’s previous experiences span Whirlpool, Meritor, Chrysler, and General Motors.
He earned his Bachelor of Administration in Human Resources from Michigan State University and Juris Doctorate Indiana University School of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors for American Cancer Society in Michigan.
Steven has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry having previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Affinia Group Inc., an aftermarket automotive parts supplier, from 2004 to 2014 and as a Managing Attorney in the Law Department of Dana Corporation, a tier 1 automotive parts supplier, from 1993 to 2004.
Prior to joining Dana in 1993, Steven was a partner in the law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now known as Hogan Lovells).
Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He is a member of the Virginia Bar.
Throughout her career at Dayco she has held various roles within IT working with the business and IT teams at a global level, implementing and executing system solutions in security, infrastructure, and applications.
Prior to joining Dayco she has worked in IT roles in manufacturing and distribution in the food, steel, and automotive industries.
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to join Dayco he was Executive Vice President at Hella where he led the global Headlamps business and was a member of the Executive Board in the Business Group Lighting. Prior to that he held the position of Vice President & Managing Director of Occupant Safety Segment at Continental Automotive and from 2013-2019 he served as the Chairman of the Board for Road Broad Automotive, Inc., a Continental JV in China.
Thomas earned a Diplom-Ingenieur’s degree in Engineering Mechanics and Control Systems from the University of Stuttgart, an Executive MBA form the University of Augsburg, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science degree from IE Business School Madrid.
Ruggero has more than 35 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Dayco he was Managing Director at Groupauto Italy and Valeo Service Italy.
In his career he held increasing responsibilities in key roles (marketing, product management and sales) within Robert Bosch, ITT Automotive, Continental Group across Europe, Asia and America.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics at Bocconi University of Milan.
Marcelo has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Dayco, he held key sales, product and application engineering roles with TMD, Honeywell and Robert Bosch within their Aftermarket and OE businesses.
He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Federal de Uberlandia and a master of Simultaneous Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, São Paulo.
Prior to joining Dayco he was Chief Operating Officer and Group Operating Head of Mulford Holdings Limited, a privately held company with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India.
During his 34-year career in the plastics industry, Arnold spent 25 years in various roles within Cadillac Plastics including two US assignments in Dallas and Los Angeles from 1996 through 2006.
Audrey has more than 20 years of automotive Aftermarket, OE operational and commercial experience. She most recently served as Group Vice President and General Manager DRiV (Tenneco) EMEA Aftermarket. She joined Tenneco in 2016 as the Vice President of the Ford Emission Control Business Unit and subsequently transitioned to Business Line Leader of Emission Control Aftermarket.
Prior to joining Tenneco, she worked at Valeo Thermal Systems as Director of North American Program Management and head of Thermal Ford business Unit. Audrey began her career at Behr Thermal Systems, where she spent just under 10 years in multiple cross functional roles including: engineering, cost accounting, program management and strategic planning.
Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and two Master of Science degrees, one in Engineering Management and a second in Engineering Manufacturing Systems from Lawrence Technological University.
