Belt Operations
John Kinnick joined Dayco in 2017 as Chief Transformation Officer before taking a leadership position in our Aftermarket business unit and currently serves as President, Global Belt Operations.
John has significant global experience in strategy development, P&L management, team development and operations. Prior to joining Dayco, John worked for Goodyear and ZF / TRW for 14 years where he held various positions with increasing responsibility in operations and engineering functions in different parts of the world.
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from General Motors Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University in New York.
