Basic Function

Junior controller position is supporting the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and US GAP standards. Special support for the marketing expenses analysis with quarterly truck of the expenses, invoices and forecast data.

The Credit and Collections Analyst gives a baseline appraisal on a customer’s pecuniary state and prepare the data useful to authorizes or refuses customer payment extension. A Credit and Collections Analyst is in charge of lowering dire arrears threat, growing the collections for all receivables. The Credit and Collections Analyst reconciles client declaration and billing statistics and communes with all affiliates of the credit department.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform tasks during the monthly closing process, control Statement preparation including journal processing, review & analysis, Check each month the journal processing of allocations of the expenses. Preparation of the reconciliation of AR/AP and Ico transaction with the General ledger. Responsible for creation for certain complex revenue and bonus reconciliations. Support the preparation of Annual Accounts, including managing certain deliverables required for the auditor. Support the inter-company process. Credit analyst:

The Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible assessing the credit risk and viability of a potential and existing client as well as establishes their current credit limit.

The Credit and Collections Analyst works coordinating collections calls and organizes customer reminder to obtain accounts receivable and bargain disputes to resolve and document the origin of unpaid statements.

Essential Qualifications and experience

  • Technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications;
  • financial systems and general ledger;
  • Sound knowledge of and fluency in English;
  • excellent analytical capabilities and numerical reasoning
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics
  • 2/3 years of previous experience in similar tasks
  • French language is a plus
