Position:

The Senior Process Manager position is responsible for managing the AFM Distribution strategic programs with focus on process design, implementation, and related change management, including ERP, WMS and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring process standardization of regions and locations. In addition, they also: (1) provide a clear path for escalating and resolving critical program open issues with senior management, partner with management/HR in identifying talent and organizational opportunities/areas of improvement, (3) lead program task force to ensure successful program schedules, ensure proper deliverable completion and approval, and (4) provide weekly/monthly reporting on the status of each program.

Requirements:

Educational Experience: A degree in Engineering is preferred.

Minimum of Years of Experience: Process Management (min. 8-10years) in Supply Chain, systems implementation

Required PC Skills: Office

Required Technical Skills: Possess clear understanding of customer timing and its impact on the organization. Strong business skills (e.g., negotiation, financial acumen).

Fluent English

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an eye on the details. As a “solution provider” be able to help program teams correctly identify issues, determine root cause(s), and create sustainable solutions. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across the organization. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and personal accountability. Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant/operations role is preferred.
