In order to strengthen our Logistic’s Team, we are seeking a: Customer Service Specialist

Posizione

Manage the relationship directly with customers, overseeing their correspondence and supporting them in handling complaints and finding possible solution.

Requisiti

Essential Qualifications and experience:

  • Mandatory to be a law 68/99;
  • Previous experience in similar role (minimun 1 years);
  • Knowlegde of Automotive Market is a plus;
  • Master Degreee is a Plus;
  • immediate availability
  • Excelent English language;
  • Excellent French language,
  • Office in particular excel
  • Good stress management, proactivity and Teamworking.
