The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company’s brands.  The Marketing Manager will also be working closely with our sales department to develop delete a marketing and pricing strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share.  He/she will also lead organizational initiatives for company conferences, trade shows, and major company sales events.


·         Evaluate and develop company marketing strategy and marketing plan

·         Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts

·         Build and communicate an effective business plan for the marketing department

·         Researching demand for our products and services

·         Conduct competitor research

·         Partner with sales department to develop field strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction

·         Develop effective pull-through promotions at the installer level

·         Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

·         Compile brand lists describing our offerings

·         Develop and manage advertising campaigns

·         Build brand awareness and positioning

·         Support sales and lead generation efforts

·         Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish

·         Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events

·         Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing


Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading marketing initiatives for a major national or regional company or a strong internal demonstration of having the ability to succeed in the role as outlined by this job description
  • Prefer candidate with automotive background, but not a requirement
  • Must have experience in developing and communicating detailed business plans
  • Must have a proven track record  of managing a successful marketing team
  • Must have experience in marketing campaigning across B2B and B2C channels
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a leader and owner while working successfully with multiple departments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in managing budgets
