Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Silva do Vale is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a disciplined, data\u2011driven approach to continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ty Billie<\/strong>, <strong>US Territory Sales Manager<\/strong> \u2013 As an integral part of the light-duty wholesale customer channel, Billie brings strong automotive aftermarket sales and account management experience to his role, where he will be responsible for leading customer growth initiatives, managing key national account relationships, and driving strategic business improvements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mark Kostecki, Category Manager<\/strong> \u2013 With extensive experience in automotive category and product management, Kostecki will be working as the liaison between customers and Dayco\u2019s product, catalog, sales and finance teams.\u00a0He will be responsible for analyzing internal, customer and market data to effectively increase product coverage and customer profitability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>John Blazo<\/strong>, <strong>Category Manager<\/strong> \u2013 With strong commercial capabilities, Blazo has spent his career working in automotive\u00a0sales and category management roles. He will work closely with Dayco\u2019s traditional and heavy-duty customer segments, further developing and maintaining reporting tools to help drive sales excellence and channel growth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Garrett Lowrance<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong> Manager, Supply Chain Planning<\/strong> \u2013 With deep expertise in supply chain planning,\u00a0logistics and inventory management, Lowrance is responsible for strengthening supply planning and execution, and improving forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
